Penikese Island School is grateful to all of our visiting scientists and island guides for their enthusiasm to engage our campers in science, art and nature exploration this summer. Tiffany Van Mooy
Artist and 7th grade teacher at Lawrence Junior High School in Falmouth, MA

Emily Renaud
Emily is an artist and illustrator with a background in conservation biology and ornithology. Her mission is to connect people to wildlife through her art. Emily works in both digital and traditional media, primarily watercolor and colored pencil. In addition to creating art, Emily is an avid writer, birder, and overall naturalist.

Maureen O'Sullivan
Maureen is a contemporary painter and a native of the Cape & Islands. Her childhood on Nantucket began a lifelong fascination with the sky, ocean, and horizon. She has a love of geometric abstraction and astronomy. Her atmospheric paintings have been exhibited in solo and group shows throughout Cape Cod.

Amy Wilson
Amy is a year-round resident of Woods Hole. She earned her BFA from the School of Museum of Fine Arts, and more recently an Associates in Science degree from Massasoit Community College. She works as a Radiologic Technologist at her community hospital, and is the author and illustrator of seven books for children in publication. She is currently at work on her first novel.
Amy is a former staff member of the Children's School of Science in Woods Hole, where she taught Botany.
