Camp Registration
2026 Registration Information
General Info:
-
Registration will go live on Monday, February 2 at 8:00pm EST and remain open until February 20 at 11:59pm EST.
-
This year, registration will not be "first-come, first-serve." Applications will be accepted during the registration window and reviewed together after it closes. Families will indicate which session(s) their camper is available for and rank their preferences. While we cannot guarantee placement in a first-choice session, all applications will be considered thoughtfully, and waitlists will be used once sessions fill. This approach helps us build well-balanced, connected groups and ensures the best possible experience for campers on Penikese.
-
Families will be notified of enrollment the week of March 2, 2026.

How Campers Are Selected:
Because Penikese Camp is small, immersive, and takes place in a remote island setting, we review applications thoughtfully to help ensure that each session is a good fit for both campers and the group as a whole. We consider a camper’s interest in science and nature, readiness for a screen-free and rustic environment, and how each session comes together as a community. When space is limited, we may give priority consideration to siblings of Penikese alumni. This thoughtful approach helps us create a positive, engaged community and the best possible experience for campers during their time on Penikese.

Repeat Campers:
Due to our small program size, our aim is to provide as many campers as possible with the opportunity to enjoy this unique experience. While genuinely wish we could let everyone return year after year, our goal is to ensure that as many campers as possible can partake in our small yet exceptional Camp.

However, if you are an alum - Stay tuned for our "Alumni portal" which launches later in 2026! And for future alumni overnight experiences!
