Camp Registration

• Registration will go live on Friday, March 1 @7:00pm EST

  • Registration will be "first-come, first-serve" with waitlists​

• Campers must be entering 7th or 8th grade in fall 2024

• Campers may only attend one session

• We are not accepting repeat campers (*see note below)

• To register you will need to create an account with CampBrain​

• On March 1, to register, you will:

  1. Create a login email and password

  2. Enter your prospective camper's name, DOB, and grade entering in fall 2024

  3. Enter your family's basic contact information into the "Household Form"

  4. Select the desired session and add it to your cart

  5. To expedite the registration process you may proceed to check-out before filling out the mandatory forms. However, only complete applications will be considered. You will need to go back and fill out these forms within 24hrs in order for your registration to be considered complete.

  6. Proceed to payment options, review, and confirm.

  7. Upon successful registration, we ask that you please return to fill out the other forms:

     • Registration Mini-Questions (For Campers)​

     • Penikese Registration Packet (for Parents)

     • Camper Medical Information

     • Scholarship Application (if asking for financial assistance)

       • We will inform you of your scholarship 7-10 days after your request is complete. ​

Repeat Campers from 2023:

After careful consideration, we have chosen to introduce a "no repeat campers" policy in our admissions process. Given our limited number of campers, our aim is to provide as many girls as possible with the opportunity to enjoy this unique experience. We realize that this is disappointing news and we genuinely wish we could let everyone return year after year! However, our goal is to ensure that as many campers as possible can partake in our small yet exceptional Camp.
