Pre-Registration (before 2/18/25 @8:00pm EST):

    • You will not be able to enroll in a session until enrollment opens.

    • You can also choose to add a payment method in the Financial section of your account during pre-registration.

Enrollment on 2/18/25 @8:00pm EST:

  • To enroll your camper you will navigate to the "Enrollment" tab in the green sidebar and then click the blue "Enroll [Camper Name]" button to proceed to enrollment.

  • To expedite the enrollment process, we have made it possible to checkout without filling out camper forms immediately (Step 4 in the enrollment process). However, you will need to go back and fill out these forms by March 1 in order for your camper's enrollment to be considered complete!

  • The Scholarship Application form is also due by March 1. Scholarship award status will be notified by March 7.

Payment Options:

To secure your camper’s spot, a $50 deposit is required.*
After that, you will choose one of the following payment options:

  2. Scholarship Applicants – Pay the $50 deposit now. Any additional payments can be made after you receive your scholarship award.

  3. Pay in Full – Make a one-time payment of $1,200 now.

Repeat Campers:

Given our limited number of campers, our aim is to provide as many campers as possible with the opportunity to enjoy this unique experience. While genuinely wish we could let everyone return year after year, our goal is to ensure that as many campers as possible can partake in our small yet exceptional Camp.

However, if you are an alum - Stay tuned for our "Alumni portal"  which launches later in 2025! And for future alumni overnight experiences!
