A few Important notes about the Penikese Science + Nature Camp Session photo albums:

All shared camp photos are taken by our staff and guest instructors during the normal course of camp activities. Their primary mission is to run an outstanding program, not to document it. Our uploads are simple snapshots to help give you a peek at what’s going on at camp. Later in the week we expect to share photos taken by the campers themselves.

All shared photos are for personal use by the families ONLY. Please do not share any of our camp images on social media. Some families may have chosen not to have their camper’s images shared publicly.

Please do not be concerned if any particular photo collection does not show your camper, or does not show your camper actually smiling! We are not pro photographers, and we may not get many “say cheese” shots during a busy lesson or activity.

Enjoy!

The Penikese Island School acknowledges that we are gathering on the unceded ancestral land of the Wôpanâak (Wampanoag) Nation.  We recognize and respect the Wampanoag people and honor their enduring relationship with this land.  This Land Acknowledgment is an intentional act to counter the erasure of Indigenous people and to demonstrate respect for their sovereign rights.  We are committed to educating our staff and students about the longstanding history of the Wampanoag people.
