Join us for a unique plein air painting adventure on Penikese Island, a remote wildlife sanctuary at the mouth of Buzzards Bay.  Explore the island’s rugged beauty, rich history, and unspoiled coastal landscapes.

 
Trip Details:
  • Group Size: Maximum of 12 participants. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the trip to proceed.
  • Meeting Point & Parking: Penikese Shore Office, 565 Woods Hole Road, Woods Hole, MA.
  • Timing:
    • Depart Woods Hole, Friday at 9:00am
    • Return to Woods Hole, Sunday at 4:00pm
  • Essentials to Bring:
    • All art materials
    • Picnic lunch & snacks for Friday.
    • Sturdy walking shoes for uneven terrain
    • Weather-appropriate layers (it’s often cooler offshore)
    • Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (there is limited shade on the island)
